What does this tool do?
H5P packages aren't designed to run on their own. They need to be delivered through an LMS or supported platform that provides the required scripts, fonts, and runtime environment. Rise 360 doesn't natively host or execute H5P content, so uploading an H5P file directly into Rise won't work. Unless the H5P content is converted or wrapped into a fully self-contained format (for example, as a supported embed or SCORM-compatible package), Rise 360 has no way to serve the supporting files needed to display or run the interaction.
TL;DR Turn your .h5p file into something you can upload for use in RISE360.

Then what?
Upload your package to the code block in RISE360 (it won't run locally).
